Products will be shipped within seven (7) business days from when the order is completed. All orders are shipped via USPS, unless otherwise paid for by the client, as Priority Mail. Packages usually arrive within 1-3 business days but are not guaranteed. Once this leaves our facility with the mail carrier, Happy Partners Project no longer controls delays or the timing of shipments. If your package is lost or stolen, please report it using your tracking number to the appropriate carrier service and alert Happy Partners Project via email: Happypartnersproject@gmail.com. Once the investigation is complete, Happy Partners Project will assess whether an alternate will be sent.
